"Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Given free upgrade to suite without even asking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant very clean and friendly staff and good food. Dining restaurant was good food but let down a bit by lack of atmosphere as we were only ones in it the first night - restaurant staff friendly but not in view a lot of time to ask for things having to wait at bar etc Overall very nice hotel "

"Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!"

"This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you! "

From check in with Duran til our moment of departure, we were treated royally in this charming EU quartier The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful Breakfast is a banquet. Enjoy the fresh waffles. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the grand square downtown. But only 2 minutes to the Metro. "
