"Not sure if time of year or the city but the room was more than expected "

"Our superior family room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable pull out and main bed. Only complaint about the room was there was no conditioner and the shampoo was terrible. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. So many choices!! Overall a great stay. "

"The staff were super nice, and the location is fine in front of the train station. Although the area is dodgy. But what is really bad is that for a 4 star hotel you had to pay extra to get toothbrushes and slippers… 5£ for a pair of slippers…"

"The hotel is located just across the airport, which is great. The staff is kind and professional. The room is clean and spacious. However, it is quite old and needs some touch-ups. It is a shame that there are no toothbrushes and other kits provided in such high-end hotels. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is average. Overall, we had a nice stay. "
