"My son and I enjoyed our father son trip and his first visit to Europe. The hotel staff are very helpful however we chose this hotel because they offer a pool to latter learn it was separate charge and not for children."

"There was a long delay at check in due to only one member of staff on reception. Staff were very friendly but clearly under staffed.
