Found a cough drop or hard candy-partially eaten-on the floor by the bed. Mattress could use a foam topper, but that's probably a personal preference. Otherwise the facility was clean and the staff friendly.

The location was just off of I-95 and easy to get to. The place was clean and the staff was nice. There was an Outback right next door which was nice. After spending 7 hours on the road I didn't want to have to drive somewhere to eat. The hotel had a fitness center which had some nice cardio equipment. And the complimentary breakfast the next morning made it nice for the remainder of our trip.

Our room was not ready for more than an hour after check in and nothing was done to compensate. Despite having voucher for free kids meal, we were still charged for a kids meal. Called IHG and they said it was an Expedia problem. As an IHG member, I’m incredibly disappointed.

I was not provided with the handicap room on the first floor. I just had surgery and when I booked this reservation, I asked for the first floor three weeks ago. I also couldn’t believe that we had to pay for breakfast. For the price of the room, at least they could provided free breakfast all the other hotels do it

Just passing through on our way to Florida from northeast. Hotel was convenient and clean in common areas. The room was comfortable and somewhat clean. Not as clean as I would have liked.

That bed though! ❤️
Stopped for a quick overnight on our drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. The restaurant was delicious and quick. The king size bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! After 15 hours on the road it was just what we needed.

Easy, quick, friendly check in. The property is very nice, clean, up to date. The room and amenities were excellent and at a very reasonable price point. Parking is free and easy, well lit for safety purposes. Breakfast was not included and they ran out of complementary coffee in the lobby. Id stay here again.

The property was in s good location. My room had a comfortable bed. However, the lamps and cords were very dusty and dirty. The refrigerator did not work properly. There were no usb ports in the room. The rooms just need to be updated.

This property is very nice. The rooms are updated and clean. The lobby area is very nice and clean. The restaurant food is delicious and the service is great. I will definitely be booking again when I'm in the area.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was wonderful. As I arrived on the property, the front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. He secured my reservation, and asked if I needed anything special for my stay. The room was elegant and spacious. The Housekeeping staff was nice and friendly upon my checkout. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn for my next stay, and I pray that I received points for my Hotels.com account.
