"Lovely rental. Cozy cabin charm on the Damariscotta River which we enjoyed from the deck. Slept better than we have in ages! Rebecca was very accommodating with our last minute booking and very communicative. Highly recommend to anyone, especially a couple or small family looking to enjoy nature in a wonderful spot "

"Awful experience!!! Arrived at property and nobody was present to check in. Owner wanted us to go down the street to a different location to check in. He met us at property and said he never received payment which is a lie…… paid for property back in July. Left property and had to find another place last minute because they turned us away. The property is also not as it appears online . This place should not even be available to rent."

"Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."
