"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. "

E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! "We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

"The taxi will not go down the street, drag luggage over cobblestones. This place is on the 2nd floor of an old building. Not 2 flights but a full 4 flights upto reach their main floor. Shared bathroon with 2 more units."
