"Really well located just outside the city centre, this is a well run hotel by friendly and efficient staff. Close to the beach, the hotel has good rooms with good bathrooms. The tram - which runs just in front of the hotel - is not a nuisance - even windows open. Excellent breakfast. Will stay there again and would recommend. "
