Require urgent updating

Very run down and in urgent need of upgrading Shower sort of worked No breakfast available Best bit is it had a kettle in the room and they let me check in a little early. It reminded me of bates motel

The location is great so the facilities. However, it smells from cigarettes. The cigarettes, half burned, are everywere. The place need cleaning andsome restriction for smokers.

In dire need of renovation

The hotel has not had any refurbishment since the 1980s The room was clean enough (notwithstanding the cockroach in the bathtub which swiftly got washed away). One of the lights in the room would not switch off and when I rang the number on call they did not respond. In summary , I probably would not stay there again.

Awful, do not recommend

As soon as we arrived the place gave American horror film motel vibe that we were going to get murdered. We claimed the keys and found our room to which was dirty, covered in cobwebs, broken rusty aircon machine, a patio heater in the toilet that was infested in dead flys and a window that didn’t shut it was so dirty and rusty. Outside there was buckets of cigarettes buts everywhere. The previous occupants dirty laundry was still present in the doorway of the property too. The hotel was a 30 minute drive out of Bruges too where we felt unsafe to leave the car and our property there. We therefore decided to book accommodation elsewhere and leave this property due to the safety of our belongings and ourself.

Some things would have to be renewed in the hotel. The door was damaged, water was running out of the shower head hose, you could hear everything (from outside and other people). When we entered the bathroom, there was hair on the toilet and in the bathtub. I personally find it disgusting. On the website it says "room cleaning" which was not the case. For me personally it was not a problem that the room was not made every day but something like toilet paper refill would have been good. But the staff was very nice and polite

A mon grand surprise ma reservation effectuée plus qu'un moi a été annulée la veille, pour une raison "faute de payement" , ma CB a ete débité! Pressé avoir la chambre pour mon séjour préparé depuis un moi,j'ai payé a nouveau la somme de reservation ,la receptioniste m'a rassuré que mon payement première va etre remboursé. PAS DU TOUT!!! Malgre plusieurs coups de téléphone et e mails envoyé au siege de BeHousing je n'ai pas recu remboursement de mon première payement et mes e mails SANS AUCUNE RÉPONSE !!!! HONTE !!!

Property is dated, the rooms badly need upgrading as even when clean, they look dirty. Artex (textured) walls make the room feel like sleeping in an underpass, the colour doesn't help. The floor was dirty when we arrived, when we spoke to the staff (though the staff were pleasant) we were told there was nothing they could do until the Monday so we just had to live with it. The shutters are badly in need of a clean and there are cobwebs around the room. There is a club across the busy main road, that is open till about 2 or 3 am. Bring earplugs. A convenient location, and has the potential to be nice but needs a fair bit of TLC.
