Private all season cottage on the majestic Madawaska River!
- Stunning, large, 4 season cottage with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and screened in porch with beautiful river views. The cottage is nestled in old pine trees that provide privacy, and faces the famous Madawaska River known for its white water paddling and fishing stock. 2 hours from Ottawa, close to the Ottawa Valley and Barry’s Bay, and 3.5 hours from Toronto. Updated with a contemporary and modern kitchen, comfortable beds, large dining room and well appointed living room and basement rec room. This property is family friendly, has 2 kayaks available, outdoor fire pit and great swimming off the dock. A short 10 minute walk on the main road is the put in point for the rapids, as well as the Paddler Coop. An hour away from Algonquin Park’s east gate, and an hour away from both Bonnechere Provincial Park and Bon Echo Provincial Park.
