This place was very comfortable and within a very short drive to Mammoth Cave National Park. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely try to book again next time we visit Mammoth!

My wife, dog, and I stayed for a week. The place is in good proximity of Mammoth Cave NP and Bowling Green. You will have to drive a few miles to find much, but overall it is a great place.

Brownsville Hwy 101

Cabin vibe outside, cozy and modern inside. Well maintained and relaxing decor. Scenic drive to Mammoth Caves National Park just beyond the front porch. We stayed 3 nights and it was so relaxing to return after a day of hiking. Very comfortable accommodations.

Mammoth Cave Adventure

We loved our stay here. It was about 15 to 20 minutes to everything we wanted to see in the Mammoth Cave region. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there was a grocery store less than 10 minutes down the road to easily stock up on snacks, breakfast, and picnic items. After a hot day of adventures and exploring there was plenty of hot water for us all to shower. The lock system was great so we didn’t have to worry about a key on our adventures.

Cute, very clean place. Located in an apartment building lot, which was a little odd. We thought we were in the wrong place! Check in/out was simple and fast. We arrived really late and she was able to provide a workaround to ensure we could get in without issues, which we really appreciated. It was a little further from Mammouth than we expected.

Perfect for a short getaway

A lovely, clean apartment. Our only complaints are that the back bedroom needs a new mattress. Very uncomfortable. The living room seating wasn’t the most comfortable either. We were out and about, so we didn’t sit much inside anyway. The place is newer and decorated beautifully. Close to Mammoth Cave National Park and other tourist sites.

We had a great experience. The house is very clean and had everything you needed to cook a meal at home. Don’t forget to check the drawers in the living room. They have games and puzzles tucked in there. The location to Mammoth Cave and other cave tours was close. We were also close enough to drive to Bowling Green to enjoy activities there too. They have you use an app for entry and when the battery went out on the lock to the door, it prevented us from using it. We called Michelle, the management team for the apt, she responded very quickly and got us using the door again. Would stay again when visiting.

Veterans days weekend get away

Quick 4 day trip to Mammoth Cave area with my spouse and best friend from the Army. Great location although a bit close to the road for the paper thin “soundproofing”. Road noise doesn’t bother me much but shared wall neighbors and “thin walls” is a nightmare. Not only is it annoying hearing them but I feel super awkward the entire time trying to be quiet knowing they can hear us and that’s not an enjoyable way to spend vacation time. The unit is nicely decorated and furnished, just with heavily used furniture, the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and neither bed offered a decent nights sleep. Issues with the dishwasher and app only lock not working properly rounded out the disappointing stay.

Very clean and nice rental!!

This properly was super cute and clean, and perfect size for the 3 of us. My son got his own room, which was what he wanted being 17 of course! They provided all essentials and then some. They even had full size shampoo/conditioner which was so kind. We were able to do a load of laundry! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We stayed mostly to go to Mammoth Cave. That being said it was a bit farther away then we realized but still reasonable. The area itself did not have many food choices, but stores to grab stuff and cook at home were pretty close. Corvette Museum was close by and my son and husband loved that! We did some kayaking near the cave too which was fun! Only issue: The key program didn't work for us the whole time. BUT, the the owner had a key ready for just that scenario and when I texted her with the problem - it was resolved in minutes. Very great communication. Beds were SUPER comfy!

Great Gateway to Mammoth Cave

We had a good stay at this Brownsville retreat. It was our first time in KY and it’s very rural near the park. I packed food for our trip which was good because the local stores do not have the variety I’m used to. House was nice, but part of an apartment complex of about 12 units. No issues but louder during certain times.Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more things like better tongs, ice cream scoop and cookie sheet. The lighting in the kitchen is not great, just one light over the sink and the stove light. The meal prep area was pretty dark as there aren’t any windows in the kitchen.Communication with the owner was great! No issues and very good with providing access to the house via their lock system.We like to walk after dinner so that was difficult because the house is on the highway. But we walked to a side street to walk, just have to be mindful of cars because there are no sidewalks.All and all a good stay and perfect location to access the park!

The Brownsville Retreat was lovely and easy to get to and from during our excursions out into the area. The kitchen was nicely stocked for light meals. The road noise was more minimal than I expected. Neighbors were quiet and courteous. I would certainly stay here again.
