"The room was clean enough & the girl at the front desk was friendly. But the pillows were small, walls were thin & I could hear everything going on outside, as my window was about 3 ft. from the parking lot. It’s just an old, run-down hotel. To charge $335/night for this property is kinda crazy, regardless of how busy Louisville was this weekend. I looked & it is $70/night in two weeks, which is more in line with the condition of the property. "

"There were three couples in our party and we had more than ample room. We hung out on the second floor for most of the stay as the living and kitchen area on the first floor was too small for a gathering but that was not a problem. We had no issues with parking or finding the home. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. This was a great location for siteseeing and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here."
