"As soon as we walked in we could smell it was clean. The room was a lot larger than expected so that was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!"

"I enjoyed my stay it was a cute hotel near the express way for drivers but also walkable to many restaurants near by for those that don't drive .If your staying like for 3 days it's good.They do have free coffee and juice and early morning have small muffins.The staff was nice and funny like I said no problems there now it could use a little touch up here and there but nothing to bad ..the walls are thin so guessing no instalation so can hear people moving around that the only problem I had was whoever was upstairs just walking back and forth all night dropping things that was my only thing I had an issue with .I did like the mattress had the double protector on it .Honestly I liked the hotel I will be back ain't going lie hopefully I won't get a noisy neighbor and maybe some instalation will be put in walls to kill that you hear everything but for a quick or pit stop or a weekend getaway is 👍 great.Im already planning another trip out there and hey you need help with the upgrade I'm willing g to lead a hand cause it's a cute place."

"What can I say about this stay? It was fantastic! The host was amazing and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. It was a great area with lots to do, eat, and parking was good. Oh did I mention the host was fabulous! The listing was as it was posted. "

"This is an inexpensive stay, clean with comfortable beds. It's kind of run down and some of the individuals that were staying there were a bit sketchy. There were people sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot when I left at 5A. "

"In an old building with a very steep staircase on top of retail shops . Living room couch is stained and has springs poppping through seats . Tears in blanket in bedroom off living areas . Air filter in ceiling near bathroom looks like it hasn’t been changed in years with all the dust. Never stayed in property like this location . Its next door to a Mexican restaurant luckily no one was at restaraunt but its an area with businesses and this location your mainly only residential place so kind of odd. In town for Kentucky derby basically slept & showered there. Rates were very high for quality of place and location ."
