Unique experience!
Awesome views very peaceful! The property has 2 separate cabins with a bath house with 2 sides, 1 for each cabin. It is just a few steps away. Also a common area that you can enjoy coffee at sunrise. The cabins are new and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location from which to base day trips to Glacier National Park, especially when you haven’t been able to get a Park pass and need to be in before 6am. Accommodation is approximately 30 minute drive to eastern park gates.

This is a property that is on an Indian Art Gallery. It's very nice - new cabins. The shower / restroom house is close by and very clean. It was very quiet and the little outdoor porch on the cabin is very nice. Also, the "common" area is very nice. A covered deck with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

Surprisingly quiet and quaint stay
This was a very quiet wonderful stay. It was a perfect distance to GNP. 15 mins from the East entrance, 30 mins from St. Mary (GTTSR) and an hour from Many Glacier and the West entrance. There are only two cabins on the property with a detached but private bathroom. The kitchen is shared between cabins but the host does provide dinnerware, frig, coffee pot, and microwave. She also has a Native American art gallery on site, which is lovely. Browning is a 2 min drive as well. Definitely will book again when coming to GNP.

Quaint and Comfortable
We loved coming back to this place after hiking in Glacier Park all day. It was a bit of drive from the park but it was worth it as this place was peaceful, quiet, comfortable and had beautiful sunsets! The owner was very nice and we enjoyed visiting with her. The shared patio with a coffee bar and a small fridge, we could use, was very inviting!

Other than it being a quiet setting we didn’t care for it much. The bathroom has two showers, one of the showers the shower head worked fine but no hot water and the other had hot water and hardly any water came out. And the term lake view is a little overrated.

it's quite a unique experience. This lodging place is more like a luxury campground. Quite scenic and quite. However, there is no shower in the room, and at night I am afraid of wild animals or dogs -- although the host said there is rarely any wild animals to concern about.

The area was scenic and the beds comfortable. There was a private bathhouse for each of the two cabins. Would have been nice to have the bathrooms in the cabin but very clean and a generous size. There was no hot water at the time of our stay so unable to take a shower. Overall a great, more rustic experience!

If you’re looking for ‘glamping’, you’ll be quite disappointed (this isn’t for you). But, if you’re realistic about your expectations, this is a great experience in a convenient location. I’d describe it like tent camping with a nice (clean) bathhouse, an indoor lounge area with kitchenette-like amenities (microwave, toaster, coffee & tea options), plus 2 grills for shared use, and an outdoor ‘arbor’ (gathering area) with a fire pit. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and there were touches I didn’t expect. We spent 3 cool rainy/stormy nights (lows in the 40s), and were very comfortable...but we’d also brought our sleeping bags to supplement (rated 20F). The provided bedding was a tarp (for under & over bedding), foam mattress, sheet, Coleman sleeping bag (rated 50F?), matching pillow, and wool blanket. It would have been plenty on a warm, dry evening, or with a fire burning. (We never lit ours in the tipi, but firewood & guidance are provided.) We were surprised how dry it was, considering. (Much better than a leaky tent.) 21 trains pass through Browning daily; you’ll hear them, along with other outdoor noises. Some may be bothered; we found it charming. As mentioned, there are 2 large dogs that roam the property. They were very friendly, but unavoidable for anyone who doesn’t like dogs. We enjoyed our stay and spent the rest of our trip sharing the unique experience with others. The caveats are so others know what to expect and also enjoy!

This property is a group of Native America teepees. It’s exactly what it sounds like. We took our own air mattresses and sleeping bags. The weather was in the 70s during the day and 40s at night. A bit chilly but it was manageable with a fire inside our teepee

We arrived during a rain storm which was predicted to and did last all night. We were told that the Tipi's would leak water but that we could move the mattresses and sleeping bags around. There were tarps placed over the sleeping items to keep them dry, but they had holes in them from the previous camp fires lit in the tipi. I asked if we could cancel and get our money back since the tipi was guaranteed to leak and was told no. Therefore, we slept in the tipi and it did leak in many directions and we ran out of space to move the beds to. I felt it was unreasonable that they knew they would leak and refused to give us any money back if we did not stay there. The host charged a guest $50.00 to tell a 30 minute story about the people on the reservation and their history to the group. It all seemed unreasonable to me.

Before booking I reviewed other tipi villages and this one had great reviews - despite the $300/night Cdn rate I decided this was likely the best of the bunch. We arrived late so we knew it would be a bit challenging to get settled but there was no guide or any lighting/electricity at all to get to our site. There were many gopher holes throughout the property that were not marked and when It is dark that is dangerous. We finally settled into our tipi, and started a fire. It was very cold throughout the night. The bathrooms were quite a distance away so that was challenging too. They said there was breakfast in the morning but there was nothing at all besides coffee. Extremely disappointed for a $300 rate. Will not be back.

My husband and I stayed in a cabin which was spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was close by and walking there during the night wasn't bad because I could enjoy the expansive view across the plain. Wifi was available in the common area which also had a kitchen. A grill was available for public use.

Seeking History and Found Crime.
Don’t believe the prior reviews. There is not a bed in tipi. It will fill with smoke to a dangerous level if you light fire inside tipi to stay warm. The community “pit” is really a couple trash cans and picnic table. Fires are not allowed outside and there are no story times or tours. There is zero food within miles and property managers do not provide breakfast. The bathrooms are clean, but with 5-6 dogs roaming the property they like the warmth of the bathroom more than you, and are willing to prove it. Zero activities on or near property. Browning is down the road, but other than a smoke filled casino, it is too dangerous to hang out. The locals want nothing to do with tourist. Your best bet is to stay near one of the Glacier parks. Avoid this site and Browning area in general. I was seeking history and found crime.
