"The hotel was ideally located, not far from the main attractions of Aalborg. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style and was tasty. The bus stop to the airport is a short walk from the hotel."
"Very clean and minimalist room design. Housekeeping was great! Cleaned out all the sand from Skagen. Breakfast was a bonus and the food was scrumptious. Location was quite central. Staff were friendly and helpful"
"Some friendly advice,
The location is wonderful, but
DO NOT stay here. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.
Problems with this room:
1) UNRELIABLE INTERNET
2) I stepped in a white sticky spot next to the bed
3) No coffee pot (or tea kettle) as advertised and shown in the photo
4) There was no way to get an extra pillow because there was never anybody at the reception desk
5) Mattress cover had SEVERE pilling
(fabric bumps) and caused nerve pain in my surgical leg
6) The sheet was too small for the bed. Every time I moved, I would end up directly on the mattress cover
7) There is a spotlight right outside the window and the "curtain " is NOT a blackout panel
8) The TV doesn't work
9)There was a loud hissing sound from the radiator when I turned it on to warm up the room. I ended up turning it off because the sound was NOT normal
10) There was only 1 hanger in the room, and nowhere else to hang clothes, except on the coat hooks
Number 11 is on me, just be aware
11) If I didn't have a burner phone that could receive messages, I would have been unable to get in my room. The property sent a message through Expedia, but since I don't have an account, I was unable to access the message. I was also unable to call the phone number posted on the door of the hotel because my phone was not set up to make or receive calls. Thankfully, I did receive a text message from the property so I could get into the building, otherwise I would have lost my money on the booking."
"Friendly staff did everything they could with the little resources they have. Wine list with no actual wines to pick beyond the house wines. Don’t use the restaurant and eat somewhere else but come and experience a stay back in time. "
