Requesting a refund on accommodation, spoken to manager today, room condition is appaulling, cleaning standards are very low standard. Room not cleaned for 5 days. Had to chase for towels/toilet paper. Staff at reception very good regarding customer service. Actually property is very nice, relaxing and well kept.

Reception put us in the wrong room and not having been there before didn’t know what to expect until we asked them to ring for a taxi on leaving and found there was another guest with the same surname was given our room and the mobile no was different. I can’t believe that staff could be so incompetent!

Shower rail was broken when we arrived and touching the hand set made it fall off the wall. Booked for dinner No table available, only one staff member who was staffing the bar and taking meal orders and delivering food to the tables.
