"The staff here were so incredibly kind and helpful, can't say enough good things about them. The location was perfect for where we needed to be, very convenient. They were actively painting the hallways, trying to stay on top of maintenance which is great! The room was incredibly small- which is fine and to be expected in NYC. The floors didn't feel clean in the room (sticky?) and the bathroom was poorly designed (shower gets water everywhere and is very difficult to turn on and off, sink faucet also gets water everywhere but the sink). The biggest issue really was the noise- people were in the lobby at 4am yelling incessantly and banging on the wall."
