"It was a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. We made use to the restaurant everyday. The food prices were very reasonable and we enjoyed the food and talking to the staff. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice because it is in the middle of downtown and very walkable to all we wanted to go to - Rock-n-Roll HoF but also good places to eat and if wanted you can head to any of the Cleveland arena/ballparks/stadiums easily."

"I will not be staying again. The apartment was beyond dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Pictures were taken and sent to onsite management. Our biggest concern was someone unlocking and walking into the apartment while my wife and I were sleeping. Absolutely unacceptable and a huge safety concern ..."
