We reserved a non smoking king bed suite. The room smelled like cigarettes, dead bugs on the floor, & a spiders web with a sack touching the floor from the coffee table.The manager switched us to a double bed room which was better but not what we really was wanting. The breakfast was horrible, vending machine not working, & the front desk morning person had a attitude.

My towels had someone else's hair on them we only got one body towel. The breakfast muffins were expired they had to be expired lol. But the night staff and morning staff for check in check out were so nice easy process very polite. But the rooms man even my pillows only had one case on them and two were like yellow sweat stained and from smoking rooms I think because even though it was a non smoking room that didn't smell the pillows inside smelled.

The staff was friendly. The room itself was older but clean and tidy. HOWEVER, the mattress was the worst, most worn-out thing I have ever tried to sleep on. It was like sleeping in a spoon--higher on every edge than in the middle. My wife and I laid down and literally rolled into each other, and our heads and feet were higher than the rest of us too. If we found a comfortable way to lie, we were afraid to move again! We scheduled the stop partway into our trip for a good night's sleep, and didn't get it.

I have stayed at this place several tes throughout the past but this will be my last. They did switch our room for us but it wasn't much better. It seems really run down now and cleaning has taken a vacation there.

We were in the area for a function and needed to spend two nights. Made reservations; when we saw the inside of the room we should have gone someplace else but I was afraid I would never get my money back. When we arrived the floor was filthy...obviously had not been swept in days and probably mopped in many weeks! Someone had obviously allowed a child (at least I hope it wasn't a grown-up) to write on the LVP flooring with a magic marker - looked like there had been no effort to clean it up!!! When we left after the first night we asked that someone sweep and mop the floor - upon our return many hours later - the room looked just as it did in the morning. The sofa in the room was so nasty it had black stains and felt hard to the touch. We got a blanket out of our car and put over it before we sat down. The bed was very very old and just worn out...the cheap mattress cover slid off one corner the mattress had bad blood and urine stains!! The breakfast was a joke...nothing as advertised and the towels were as thin as sheets; we were left two...it took three to dry off. In the advertising the photos looked pretty good...lots of traffic coming and going...last time I will even consider this chain!! On a positive, the check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. I will be much more careful in the future. Expedia really needs to get this motel off their listings...makes them look very bad.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had plenty of towels and etc. Our only complaint was the other guest upstairs were up all hours of the night keeping us awake.

Pay attention to reviews and make wise choices!
We arrived late. The atmosphere felt less than safe. We were going to stay somewhere else, but free cancellation had expired, and other locations were full, so we made the best of it. Things that were a big disappointment: No smoke alarm in the room Very low water pressure in the shower Dirty towel on rack Dirty toilet Chewed pieces of gum in the bathtub and sink Dirty floors Dirty garbage can w/no bag The bed squeaked with every little movement. No pool and no breakfast as advertised on site. Sorry, but Covid has been here for over two years. Remove information from the list of amenities if you aren’t going to offer them. The staff was kind, but the cleaning crew needs some re-training and monitoring. I see now that there is a place for photos. I wish I had taken some.

GOOD:The folks at the front desk were very helpful. BAD: The place was old and dated. There was no breakfast as was advertised, room service was non-existent for 3 weeks, aerator was missing off sink faucet; gushed everywhere when turned on. Bathtub drain stopper did not work. Parking lot was narrow and if you did not back in you could not get out.

Unfortunately my room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke for my 3 day stay. However, it was relatively clean. Had some mold on the shower ceiling ceiling. Water pressure was low. Outside area was clean. Good parking. Friendly staff.

For the price the rooms were very nice and spacious. Beds are a little outdated but again for the price its definitely worth it. Close to the Interstate, wal mart right up the road, and a really good BBQ spot right across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for us.
