"Great communication from the host. They were very responsive and flexible. The house wasn’t as clean as we expected - specifically there were bugs in the kitchen - alive and dead. The furniture in the family room was ok but saggy. Same for the dining room chairs. The basement was a little musty. Everywhere else was as described in the listing. Compared to other properties available in the area, this was a good deal given the number of beds. "

However, the owner was very responsive, and we had our problem resolved within an hour or so I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Roswell and enjoying the charm and beauty of downtown."
