"Staff were all fantastic and helpful from first entering through to answering million and one questions. The room was spacious, high vaulted ceiling and decor was elegant. Amenities were delightful. Would definitely recommend and be returning. "

"Outstanding property, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Just around the corner from Salamanca Market and the waterfront with so many restaurants to choose. Definitely recommend the Hotel, I will definitely be coming back."
"Everything was great! The room was super comfortable, nice view, staff very friendly, breakfast was very good as well, nothing to complaint. The only thing it was a little inconvenient is that only one elevator was working, but it wasn’t a big problem since I stayed there during week days and it wasn’t too full. The other elevator was fast as well. Oh, they were very deixaste and gave me a $20 voucher for my birthday with a lovely card. I really appreciate that! Thank you. "
