"For the amount of Money I spend I expect to have hot water for a shower in the morning. Not having hot water is totally inexcussble. Staff was indifferent to me because I’m not a member of their points program. Stay away from Brockville Holiday Inn Express. They don’t deserve your business."

"This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. "
