Had 2 rooms. Had trouble with keycards on both rooms every day of our stay. Vending machine for drinks on 1st floor was broken. The other on the 3rd only set up to take 1 dollar bills. Rooms were quite and comfortable. Location easy to get to.

It was a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, most employees were friendly and courteous. All around good stay. No problems. Would definitely stay there again.

We checked in and I was double charged. I brought it to their attention and was told there was nothing she could do and for me to “try to contact a manager on Monday”. The elevator was broken and there was an ant infestation. The front desk clerk was extremely rude. All in all I was very unhappy with my stay and would not recommend this establishment.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The area, however, is something guests should do their research on. Brockton is apparently well-known for its crime problems. I did not experience any issues, safety wise, but had I known of this area’s reputation, I’d have stayed elsewhere.

I didn’t like that the facilities for the gym and pool room were locked and had to be open by someone at the desk. However, sometimes the person on duty wasn’t always there. Night shift.

This property was very clean! This may not be the most modern hotel, but you can be confident in staying in a very clean hotel room, and facilities. Breakfast was great, pool is clean and great for kids. It also closes at midnight so you can have fun even late! The staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
