  • 1930's Direct lake front cottage. 58' of west facing frontage on Lake Simcoe in the town of Beaverton. Sand beach with sand/stone wade in, sand bottom beyond wade in. Shallow depth great for swimming great for children. 60' dock with large area for sun worship.

    Enjoy the outdoors well into the night at the fire pit overlooking the lake. Large yard.

    Located on a gorgeous street with large mature trees. Wood Floors throughout. Gas fireplace. Electronics include: 75Mbps unlimited WIFI, Bell Expressvu Satellite and a wall mounted flat-screen HD TV.
