Broadway District Hotels, Green Bay

"Our room had an awful musty, stale smokey smell and was filthy. The walls and dresser were dirty with food or something smeared/splattered in places, the matress covers were unwashed with stains, dirt, and hair. If every hotel in the area weren't booked solid, we would have switched hotels. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to others. "

"I booked this stay knowing it was a smaller, older property by Lambeau. Primarily we wanted a place to crash after our concert and had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find the motel rooms clean with super comfy beds, plus fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Best of all, there is wonderful restaurant literal steps away, across the parking lot.(The cinnamon toast will change your life) Bay exceeded our hopes by a mile! We had expected it to be loud with so many concert goers and proximity to a major intersection, but it was QUIET even with windows on both the front and back of the room. Highly recommend and will stay again the next time we are in Green Bay."

"The room key kept deactivating so we had to get new keys then came back from concert and couldn’t get in room no one works past a certain time. Just very inconvenient"
