8/10 Good

3 night stay

My sisters and I stayed 3 nights, we had an issue with a garden light out on 1st night where my sister fell down steps in courtyard they sorted it next morning, I emailed coastal properties prior to going and they confirmed no washing facilities whereas in fact there was a washer dryer in the laundry room, the parking facilities was ok for us but if really elderly wasn't good as it was behind a garage forecourt.. overall had a good stay but felt they should supply a hairdryer

First impressions…

First impressions made us think we had made the worn decision: rubbish bins at the entrance we overflowing, weeds growing all around, cobwebs on the entrance door, door to laundry room and inside the accommodation. Loose floorstone at entrance. Musty smell throughout. No loo brushes, no oven gloves, sandwich toaster with traces of mold, old cheese and bread. We moved the sofas to look for a Lego brick and found dust, dirt and remains of Christmas decorations. Otherwise a spacious accommodation for three generations, but children need close supervision in the courtyard, with danger of tripping and falling. Hot tub a bonus. The atmosphere inside was very nice. Contact person did not respond to text messages, especially concerning the refuse and collection schedule. Car parking across street at garage was a practical solution. Garage employees were friendly and helpful.
