- Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham, just a short walk from the town’s harbour. The town has a long-standing maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of the town, and offers visitors a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips, and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do, from beaches to restaurants, to scuba and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors, and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium, and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
As you arrive at this delightful coastal retreat, the off-road parking is situated to the front of the property. As you walk around to the front door the lobby is a great space to leave your coats and boots behind. Following on through into the property you are greeted by the marvellous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts under floor heating. Pull back the bi-folding doors in the lounge and relish the spectacular views this property boasts of the town. The lounge is also the perfect place for relaxing, snuggled up with your favourite book, watch a film or two with the all the family on the Smart TV, DVD or enjoy a game or movie on the PlayStation 3. The kitchen comprises of an electric oven, gas hob and coffee machine.
