"My dad and I had travelled down for a family funeral, so very much appreciated how lovely Sandpiper and the owners were.The entire experience of staying at Sandpiper was excellent. Seemless check in. Clean bedrooms. Breakfast was delicious and well organsied. The owners were so friendly. It was like staying at a friends house. " Overall this nice little BnB is very good. The hostess is very friendly and helpful with local sights etc. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by a very uncomfortable mattress.There was a slant to the room which caused feet higher than head. Had to move around bedding and place cushions under mattress, but still could not sleep. The curtains were too thin, so at 530am the room was very bright. We booked for 3 nights, but left after 2 due to lack of sleep."
