"We chose this hotel for the convenience as my daughter wanted to go shopping on spring break. This hotel is attached to Metrotown mall so that was great! We were very impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel -I did not see anything that could have been cleaner -they even have cleaning wipes in the rooms in case you feel the need to wipe anything down such as the remote or doorhandles etc. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on, and the hotel was very quiet at night despite being located in a busy area. When we checked in, there was a problem with the reservation and they didnt have the type of room we requested. They gave us an alternate room that worked out great and they compensated us for the issue without us even asking about it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room included free parking (unusual in the Lower Mainland) and a free breakfast which was very good with lots of options including fresh fruit and veggies. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for the great stay!!"
