"The property is very nice and clean. It provides eating options around though some are a bit expensive. It’s very centrally located but it’s a bit far from the center of the city. The gym could use an upgrade but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The tv does not work unless you purchase the service unless it just didn’t work for me, not sure, but they could at least provide some basic channels for free. Overall is a really good hotel to stay in and for sure will return to it if I visit Vancouver again. My family and I liked it and I would recommend it."

"The staff were professional and the room was clean and utilitarian. The proximity to the airport is a plus. There are no significant amenities at this hotel. The shuttle to the airport had a broken door. A coat hanger was being used to keep it closed. The shuttle driver could have represented the hotel and Canada with a few words of welcome. The sign said no passengers standing but there were passengers standing as the bus was full. It left a shabby impression on all your guests. The room was expensive and there were no extras other than proximity to airport and 2 water bottles in the room. I expected much better than this."

"I was simply looking for a less expensive hotel near the airport to get some shut eye after a long flight. What I got was a great bargain. The property is well-maintained and my room was not only clean, but looked brand new. I learned how firm the bed was when I bounced off of it the first time though lol. The room had ample windows, including in the bathroom, which to my early morning surprise lit up like a fireball from the abundant sunshine. So it’s best to close the bathroom door before turning in. Mine had a large triangular tub in addition to a shower. Amenities like soap were tethered to the wall. There’s a breakfast buffet, but it only runs until 9:30, so set your alarm if you come in on a late flight. To that end, a complimentary shuttle bus runs approximately every half hour. It’s white and clearly displays the name of the hotel. There’s also a limited pantry. Walking options in the neighborhood are rather limited, so I’d eat before arriving. Special plus: I love how both elevators arrive when you call for one."
