The building is a managed private rental complex. The Apartment is on a floor with other short-stay apartment rentals. There is no easy way to contact the rental provider except through WhatsApp or via a phone number. Check-in was hopeless. I was put in an apartment, I unpacked and went to the supermarket, where I got a phone call - the agent needed to move me to another apartment. So when I got back, I had to switch apartments. There was a three-way switch, going on. I'm not sure how someone can get that so hopelessly wrong. The apartments don't have basic tea & coffee making facilities, the TV is not connected to Freeview, there's no dishwashing liquid or cloths, so if you cook, you have no way of cleaning up after yourself. The shower tray drain had been clogged with hair, so I had to clean that myself to make the shower drain properly, and there just seemed to be a distinct lack of understanding of what people need when they stay in a place like this.
