"Staff were all extremely kind and helpful.
Although l don’t have a disabled car parking badge, my mobility is rather limited. We were offered to park in the small car park directly behind the hotel. There is no extra charge for parking, even in the adjacent multi-storey car park. We were also given a ground floor room with a large walk in shower.
There were plenty of towels and a bath robe supplied.
There only downside to the room was the very poor level of lighting. It was not sufficient. Unable to just have bedside lights on (which were not really bright enough for reading) and the lights could only be controlled from one side of the huge bed or by the door.
Breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of choices from the buffet.
The hotel is opposite Cabot Circus shopping complex with a wide choice of shops and chain restaurants."
