Lifts are incredibly slow to both arrive and get moving.
Hermetically sealed room with no access to fresh air at all. Quite claustrophobic.
Toilet paper tightly rationed!
I had not realised there was no fridge in the room - entirely my fault - but it did make keeping medicines fresh problematic.

"Hotel car park too small, and you need to exit the whole service area and re-enter to follow the one way system to get to the service area car park, which is available as an overflow. Once parked there, a clearer signage to the hotel is needed.
Room clean but a bit noisy. Shower was excellent, bed comfy.
Bar was out of two draught beers from an already small selection.
Unpleasant smell in corridor. Hotel grounds need professional attention.

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect location, in the centre of Bristol. Lovely staff, fab room, and the best Espresso Martini you can find in town. We loved sitting in the hotel bar with a drink before heading to bed. Thanks for a lovely stay."
"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms .
It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."
"Sadly this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but without any desirable amenities or luxury. The bar had a very limited drinks menu and the wine I drank was awful."
