Marykay, I regret that the house was not up to your standards during your stay. Please allow me to address your concerns; We do typically allow the grass to grow taller by the second half of October. No trespassing signs are necessary to prosecute a trespasser under Virginia law, this is a safety consideration. The owner does park an extra car at the property, especially between guests for added security. There is a large casserole dish with a cover in the cabinet, but we may consider adding more large bowls as you noted. Access instructions are typically sent the day before checkin. The property has been available to rent for over a year with no other complaints. We appreciate your feedback.
