"Long wait to get a drink on arrival, we used the QR code for table service but there weren’t enough staff to cope with the peak early evening period. Otherwise everything was great, I’ve stayed there before a couple of times, yes it’s expensive but you can’t beat it for a relaxing sleep then quick access to the terminal. This was our first stay where we could try the full breakfast, normally we’re flying so early we just grab a few things from the continental selection. Decent quality and range of items were provided for a hot breakfast. No complaints. "
