"The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the property would benefit from a dedicated maintenance person to address ongoing issues, including cracks in the walls, peeling paint, mold in the shower grout, and a toilet that clogs easily."

The housekeeping staff did not always come and did not leave enough tissues or toilet paper. The shower drain didn't work properly and the tub filled up while showering. The room was too hot and the thermostat was hard to adjust."

"There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. "

However, although there was a sign that said they were remodeling and apologize for the inconvenience and noise, I did not expect hammering directly above my room at 8:30 AM. The staff at the front desk said they’d ask them to stop but they did not which made it impossible to do anything but check out. This was a room that cost $385 for one night in Lebanon New Hampshire, off the highway."
