Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of laundry (optional).
Close all windows. Return thermostat to 55.
Make sure all fires, coals, embers, are extinguished, and close the fireplace damper (by tensioning the chain all the way) and close the glass doors on the fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

$30/night fee per guest beyond 6 guests during low season. $50 during high and peak season.
Agree that use of bunk beds are at your own risk (per our insurance requirement).
