Lovely man on reception let us check in early and gave us an upgrade but the room was very cold, could'nt have a shower, no heating in the bathroom and heating it seems on timer so didnt come on until 6pm.... one thing i do not like is a cold room... Staff very nice and helpful, be careful of deal ...
