Loved our stay, Easy stroll into the city, but pleasantly quiet and relaxed at the hotel with the beautiful Roma Park Gardens on your doorstep. Friendly staff and clean, generous sized rooms.

The pacific hotel stay was very poor, staff are friendly however the hotel is not clean, we did not recieve room service or clean sheets or our bins changed. The carpets are dirty, bathroom was smelly,either overall not worth your money. There are many other hotels in Brisbane city that would be a better choice.

Great transportation, bus outside of hotel, train within a block, nice staff. Construction work on one side of the building and the hospital within a block so you hear some emergency vehicles.

The young lady who checked me in was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. This isn’t my first time here and I plan to stay here again when I need to.

I had two main problems- Worst internet I have ever encountered in any accomodation anywhere! I had to use my own hotspot for my entire stay. Even the TV buffered!! When I asked for my kettle to be replaced as it wasnt working, it never arrived- I fell asleep waiting! So, I had to call again in the morning.
The hotel is good value for money but with a bit of maintenance could be so much better. The shower leaked through the shower door and the air conditioner was also leaking from the unit and doing damage to the ceiling. The positives were location and good staff. Disappointed I didn't get the upgrade and have to trust that the hotel was fully booked.

Upon arrival the vanity counter top on bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned, the complimentary bar of soap for shower was open and already in shower. Stains on pillow case. The shower stall door didn’t seal at all and water soaked the bathroom floor. I e stayed at this hotel before under a different name and the quality of room was better. I like the location near Roma street for access to trains and buses but will choose a different hotel next time.

I had paid more than a friend in a seperate room. My bed and room and bathroom and balcony was a lot smaller, when asked why this has happened I was told I was actually upgraded when checked in and that he hadn’t told me, to a ‘higher level’ but I got a worse room for more money? The level was irrelevant as the view is of noisey construction and Id wonder if I would have got the room I paid for if he didn’t change my booking without knowledge? Staff weren’t happy to be questioned so I left it. Paying higher prices for a cheaper room was not ideal. My friend had found dirty underwear next to his curtain. Just to be told sorry we will dispose of them. My shower was very dirty. I’d say don’t be paying extra prices for deluxe plus rooms or bigger beds and rooms as I ended up with the cheapest of them all and still don’t understand why i had to pay extra when it was clearly downgraded as I had access to friends rooms. Which room you choose will not be what you’re given so I’d pick the cheapest if you’re staying here! And be prepared for dirtiness and other people’s belongings left over.
Was so disappointed at this hotel solo travel arrived evening after flight 23 long hours had meal in hotel staff and food was very good, but as I got back to room I looked outside and it was a huge building site cranes big hole in ground etc so I went down to see what time they started work the lovely young lady on reception informed me it’s about 7am so I asked if I could be moved she said no other rooms avabile on other side she did say she could refund me to go else where I did explain I was on own and it was dark so I had no choice but to stay next morning work drilling banging where side of hotel shock and it was 6 am on leaving they said they don’t have to put on web site about work outside hotel please people be warned as says lovely city views etc well it’s not
Very basic room with poor outlook and many faults which staff did take care of after complaints. Disappointing that verandah bar and restaurant were closed on both of our nights.

Had a good stay at this hotel but the parking was a nightmare. The hotel offers one of the worst car parks. There are so many pillars to work around in the car park. Unfortunately my car got scratched with one of the pillars and had some damage. Suffered a loss of $750 due to that. Hope the hotel management takes a note of this incident. They better do not offer car parking and charge customers with $25 fees.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent and the shower size was great. Could fit two people in it perfectly. Small Balcony on each room is excellent. On site parking was $25 and should have been included in the tariff I think as it was very very tight and if I had a big vehicle it would have been a lot more difficult. Convenient to city centre and entertainment districts. Would stay again
