    Guest Verification & Security Deposit

    As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form upon reservation confirmation. This helps us care for the home and ensure everything runs smoothly.

    This includes:

    Photo ID verification before arrival

    A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided the apartment is left in good condition
