Stayed here for 4 night with family. The price and location were good. Near Times Square and subways. Many restaurants on the block and coffee shop across the street. Rooms were spacious for NYC. Rooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the bathrooms. Not all rooms have a fridge. Staff were pleasant and there was a sitting area off the lobby. Our rooms had no view. 2 elevators, one was very small. Overall, nice stay.

About a minute walk from Times Square, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff in the lobby was kind and emailed us when our room was ready. We had 2 queen beds, small space for 3 adults, can't imagine having 4. Bathroom is a sliding door. Not enough space to put your clothes away. They dont provide complimentary slippers ($3.50USD); no robes, 2 complementary water bottles. If you want more the store/cafe downstairs has them for about $2-3. They provided enough towels for our stay and if you need anything else you can "order" it through their app, which was great because we didn't have to be in the room or return to the hotel to request things. Location is also close to various subway lines, which was great. About a 25 minute walk to Koreatown or a 13min subway ride.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The see through shower made for some funny jokes between my friend and I.

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

I have stayed here many times. It is clean, safe, well priced and very convenient to the 1, 2, 3 subway. Literally a few steps out the door.
