"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. "An ideal hotel in the heart of Lyon. Room was large enough for 2 people and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our requests. The hotel has a resto in the premises and good eatery options around it. Tram is close by too. "

"Excellent for the price, had all the basics done well a staff were helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is a little industrial, but with a short walk you can be in the centre of town so not a major issue, especially since it is so close to the main train station!"
