We always enjoy our stay however this time we had a painter come to our room from the balcony while I was alone with our girls and ask if they could paint our balcony. That startled us a bit. Not sure if these things could be clarified with front desk to be alerted ahead of time? Other than that we always wish the firepit stayed on longer than 10pm especially if guests are quietly enjoying it.

Nice kitchen, no wine opener though. The location is great. Solid gym on the property. Parking is a problem especially if you're coming back late, no assigned parking, you've gotta look around for a spot and may have to park along curbs risking being towed although that didn't happen. The apartment floors were dirty

The room was very outdated and felt dirty. The staff was very friendly and the food and bar were great. The beach is pretty far from the balconies and pretty view. But the cleanliness overall was an issue for us.
