"The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, the rate was reasonable. The room was pretty clean but had several cobwebs and spider webs (cleaned a while ago?). The floor was laminate - so much better than carpet. The bedspread was a white duvet insert - no washable cover, which was odd. The key was an actual key, can’t remember when the last time I used one!"

"Beautiful property! Peaceful, secluded, spacious and clean! Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Waking up to wild bunnies on the lawn, the ocean view, and smelling the ocean air from our primary bedroom balcony was amazing! Perfect spot out back for claming too! "What a great spot, a historic apartment with all the amenities in the core of one of the most charming seaside towns that feels less touched by tourist hubbub. Great eateries, a gallery or two, a museum, historic fare. And walk to all of it and then home again from Shawn’s rental. A delight!!"

"Booked this site for my daughters Grade 12 graduation gift since she loves swimming and a quiet cottage.Everything was just as advertised. Scenery is just breathtaking. Relaxing for swimmers and non swimmers. Kayaks, water boards and row boat were available to use from a very accessible dock and small rock beach. The town of Shelburne is a short distance away (just over 20mins) for groceries and quite a few eat in restaurants. Wifi was good and plenty of board games to play. The heat pump was pretty valuable too. :)Kitchen was large and the bedrooms were quite cozy. There is a fireplace as well but we never used it. Helen was very responsive and answered any questions I had very quickly. We will be back to visit soon. We had an amazing time!!"
