our room was spotless. the staff member when we checked in (I believe he is also the owner) was great! Made sure we had everything we needed and made sure I had his personal number in case we needed anything. You can tell he is putting a lot of work into updating. This place is naturally beautiful and only going to get better. Thank you for having us and our 3 dogs. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back next year!

Staff was very helpful, the room was lovely and clean, and the view and access to Island Pond was beautiful. My only recommendation is to offer more amenities like a hair dryer, conditioner, bottled water, etc.

Cameron was terrific, you call he not only answered his phone but seconds later would appear as he came around a corner. Beautiful view of the lake, close to some great restaurants, walk off the property and step into any number of them.

Easy checking. Room was clean but mattress was very sqeaking think it was the mattress but should be replaced. Overall very nice. Website needs to be updated because bar has closed and seems like for a while. We will go back again..
