Great location, great property. Lots of space. Clean. Everything worked. Cooked many meals. All as advertised and a personable host. Would definitely return.
The location is very central yet quiet, perfect for a family with a small child. Just 15 min walking from the station and 25 min from the pier. Very friendly old lady living downstairs. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a week's stay. The carpets might use some extra vacuuming but otherwise everything was reasonably clean. The owner responds to any inquiries in no time and is very accommodating. We would definitely come back on our next visit to Brighton.
Start to finish everything was really smooth and , Tav was a great host extremely fast with the responses and making sure everything was good. The property it self was amazing and had a very peaceful and warm feel. Had a amazing stay, Thanks Tav!
The host was very welcoming and property clean and conveniently located to walk into town. I stayed with my family and the flat was perfectly equipped for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Really lovely space and good communication from the host. The smaller room was very warm in the hot weather and very small for an adult guest. Otherwise the place was lovely and in a great location.
Tav was fantastic and excellent with responding to questions .. Great host, property was perfect for our needs.. Only thing missing was the shampoo that was advertised and VRBO had the property listed as having a machine dryer when indeed it was a drying rack .. Everything else was fantastic..
