Wonderful breakfast! Simon & Richard are lovely guys and service was excellent. The room was a little hot in August but the fans were helpful. Enjoyed my stay and I would go back anytime!

Great location close to beach and main pier but also on the edge of Kemptown. AC in the top room was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Very nice touches of having enough water and little chocolates in the room, and ice available from the kitchen and fruit in the dining area all day.

Had a wonderful stay at The Brightonwave. The location was central, yet on a side street, so it was nice and quiet at night. Simon and Richard were absolutely wonderful; they were friendly, attentive and very accessible. The property was clean, and my room was very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order, and was delicious. I absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to again.

The room was spacious and spotless and had all the amenities location was perfect and the house were absolutely lovely The pancakes at breakfast were beyond amazing and I’m not even a pancake lover. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was spotless, Richard was a lovely host, bed was very comfortable but pillow a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal thing, breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend. The only negatives, for me anyway, was jacuzzi bath was extremely noisy and there was no decaf tea in the room (though there was at breakfast).

A lovely find only 6 rooms. One of the nicest places we've stayed in. Greeted by one of the owners who showed us to our room. This was a super king on the 3rd floor. The only downside was 48 stairs to get there, as no lift. It wasn't an issue for us. Very spacious room, ensuite, sofa, small table and 2 armchairs, fridge with water, TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, Dyson fan, also really good adjustable air con. A little touch I loved was a bowl with fun sized chocolate bars! Biscuits and fruit were also available from the breakfast room throughout the day. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Cereals, yogurts, fresh juices, hot food cooked to order and all good quality. Highly recommend a stay here.
