Beautiful and spacious apartment in gorgeous Regency period, seafront mansion. Outstanding location in central Brighton, the apartment is on the lower ground floor and has its own private entrance. A large and luxurious master bedroom, newly fitted modern kitchen, stylish and large living room area, and generous bathroom. There is a private walled garden accessed from the living room. The apartment is perfectly located on the seafront, with the beach just a few steps away across the road.

The apartment is in a stunning location with the promenade and sea right outside the house. Inside it feels wonderfully private and quiet. You have your own private entrance, and it all feels very spacious and light. The bedroom is unusually large, the kitchen is really bright, smart and modern and very well equipped. The living room is spacious and relaxing and opens onto a large walled courtyard so that you have your own private outside space to while away those warm summer nights. A charming place to spend your holiday.
