Cozy lakeside cottage near Downtown
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The backyard is a perfect setting, with a fire pit right on the water. We sat out there and watched the big swans on the lake. The location was perfect. We attended the Michigan game and the travel to and from the stadium was short and no traffic. There were tons of places to eat that was close by. This property is at the top of my list of places to stay!!!"

Quiet Brighton Getaway
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (70)
"We stayed here for my brother's wedding. It turned out my dad was actively dying, so we came to MI sooner than planned. Maurice was very communicative, compassionate, and kind enough to work it out so we could stay there earlier than we had booked. This place, which Maurice calls a “cottage” is beautiful. I say it’s not a cottage! You can tell it is loved, it has many cute details and is complete with this wonderous deck. It is a peaceful, serene getaway, yet close to many amenities and the...

"Loved the location of this little studio! It was easy to get into Ann Arbor and we enjoyed an evening in Brighton as well. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. The host is extremely accommodating. It was quiet, private and very clean. The little toiletries were an unexpected nice touch too! Thank you!"

Lake Front Retreat: paddle board/canoe W HOT TUB
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (61)
"Due the weather we did not use the hot tub or lake activities. The home is well maintained, clean and as advertised. The host was available to answer questions. Instructions tor arrival were clear. Two minor issues: The house number is not available from the street. It would be nice if the number is on the house by the street. There are four ceiling fan/light remotes. The batteries were dead or missing, so the controls wouldn't work. We replaced the batteries so we could control them."

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (21)
"Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks!"
