The adorable space features two queen beds in the bedrooms and a tranquil living room with fireplace smart tv and stereo w/400 records perfect for relaxing or extra guests. Guests enjoy a cozy bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, along with heating and air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this lovely guest suite offers a comfortable retreat. Dining area at bar or dining area. Kitchen has mini fridge/freezer, condiments, coffee maker, coffee, microwave, small oven, toaster, 2 burner plate, utensils, cookware, plates. Location is close to 2 metro parks, 5 minutes to town that has a host of restaurants, grocery stores and night life. Ann Arbor is 20-minute drive.
