"From checking in to checking out I was happy and surprisingly impressed by this hotel. Lovely quiet, clean and well presented room, excellent bathroom and plentiful hot water with great pressure. Breakfast was well prepared and presented in a location that allowed me to appreciate the vibrancy of St Kilda. Parking easily accessible. Staff that I engaged with were all friendly, helpful and genuine."

"Great hotel with a great staff ftom the top down. Great location in a happening part of town, a very short walk to the beachlfe. Bright, well lit roomy rooms. Restaurant and bar serving delicious meals and snacks. Super comfortable beds. A good value. "

"The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely being clean isn't too much to ask."
