"We barely heard any neighbors at all the whole time. Nice, clean building. Big kitchen for the size of the apartment, which was great. We were pleased that the designated parking space in the garage (15 extra per, and yeah, you probably want that) had EV charging. My over complaint would be that the couch wasn't comfortable, but that's not the end of the world."

"The only thing we couldn’t account for truly was the amount of homeless people that sleep outside the property. We had two vehicles so one had to stay in the road instead of in the garage. The cleanliness of the property was okay. There is no trash bags, 2 pods for laundry, some soap, some seasonings( mostly Italian) and plenty of towels and sheets. "We greatly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located to ski resorts in the Ogden Valley, as well as the Cottonwood Canyons. So much to do downtown. Unit was clean, property manager was attentive, and overall had a great stay!"

My stay was 3 nights and it took me asking each evening for a washcloth before getting a dish towel delivered to me on the third night to shower with. The unit was equipped with the basics. One spoon, one fork and one butter knife, a wine bottle opener- but not a can opener. Dish soap, but no dish cloths or dish towel (other than the one delivered to clean myself with). All appliances worked great and the location had everything we needed for a comfortable, long stay. Property management communication was excellent and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!"
